Revocation & cancellation

ClipyReels Pro is a monthly recurring subscription. It renews automatically each month until cancelled.

You can cancel your subscription at any time under My account → My subscription → Manage subscription. Subscription management is handled via the Stripe customer portal.

After cancelling, Pro remains available until the end of the already paid billing period. Your account is then automatically downgraded to Free. Your project data is not automatically deleted as a result.

Payments that have already been made are generally not refunded for the current billing period; Pro remains available until the end of that period. Mandatory local consumer rights remain reserved for customers in other countries; where such rights grant you a statutory right of withdrawal or refund, they apply unaffected.
