Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe; we receive and store only the information required to manage your subscription (e.g. customer and subscription status), never your full card details.
3. Purposes of processing
We process your data to operate ClipyReels and provide the contracted service: creating and managing your account, generating and adapting your personal roadmap, providing the AI coach and AI tools, storing your projects and generated content, processing payments and subscriptions, ensuring the security and stability of the service, and answering support enquiries.
4. Use of AI service providers
To provide the coach and tools, the content you enter is processed by AI models via the connected AI gateway (including models from providers such as Google and OpenAI). Inputs are transmitted solely to generate the requested output. Do not enter sensitive personal data of third parties into free-text fields.
5. Payment processing via Stripe
Payments for ClipyReels Pro are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you check out, you are redirected to Stripe, which processes your payment data under its own privacy policy. We receive a confirmation and subscription status, but no full payment card data.
6. Hosting, database and processors
ClipyReels is operated using cloud infrastructure for application hosting and the database (hosting and backend services provided via the Lovable platform and its subprocessors, including Supabase). These providers process data on our behalf and under contract (data processing agreements).
7. Cookies and local storage
We use technically necessary cookies and browser storage only, e.g. to keep you signed in and to remember your language preference. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Analytics
We currently do not use any third-party analytics or tracking tools. If this changes, we will update this policy.
9. Disclosure and transfer abroad
Personal data is disclosed only to the processors named above, to the extent required to provide the service. Where required, such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
